Who we are
Swallow Training and Transport is a family owned firm managed by Mr. Saviour Abela and his family. The company's main offices are situated at Triq Santa Rita, Birzebbuga. Swallow Training and Transport is a subsidiary of Swallow Limited, which was set up in 1990.
The company operates within the public transport and within the driver training sector. In fact the company is an approved training provider for life long learning programmes and driving licence acquisition by Transport Malta.
The main objective of the company is to make all it's professional services accessible to drivers and commercial organisations involved within the goods and passenger transport industry at reasonable prices. This is in line with our company's mission statement:

Professional driving tuition
Swallow motoring school was approved by the Malta Police force and ADT, the predecessor of Transport Malta to provide professional driving tuition. The company has since established itself as one of the leading motoring schools in Malta with circa 500 candidates being submitted for their driving test each year.
As a motoring school, it has for the last 29 years provided training to prospective drivers in all licence categories. In fact our company is the only motoring school in Malta and Gozo that can provide driver training within all licence categories (A, B, C, C1, C, CE, D1 and D).
Recently the school has gone through the process of upgrading its fleet of vehicles that are specifically used for training.
Our main intention is to provide driver training at reasonable prices and at all times.
Classroom based training
As from 2013 our company was authorised by Transport Malta to become an approved training provider for initial and periodical CPC training.
In 2014 our company aimed to extend its training services and within the same year we were approved to carry out customer care training courses which lead to the acquisition of the drivers tag for chauffeur driven vehicles (black cabs).
In 2019 our company was also approved by Transport Malta to organise training programs which lead to the acquisition of the operators licences and white taxi tag.
Courses are held on a weekly basis in Malta and Gozo at the very reasonable prices.
Transport services
As a transport operator our company has been a benchmark within the filed for the last 40 years, providing transport services all over Malta and Gozo using a fleet of modern vehicles that include; mini buses, coaches, taxis and tail lift vans for passengers with mobility problems. Our vehicles are all fully conditioned and driven by professionally trained drivers.
Our rates are second to none and we are available 24/7.
